La società è stata costituita il 26/01/2024, notaio rogante Dott. Sara Rivieri con ufficio in 54100 Massa, Viale E. Chiesa.
Sede principale: Pisa (PI) 56124, Piazza Caduti di El Alamein 5.
Sede operativa: Pisa (PI) 56127, Borgo Stretto 35.
Oggetto sociale:
La società ha per oggetto le seguenti attività:
- Ricerca e sviluppo: attività di ricerca, sviluppo e produzione di software innovativi, con particolare focus su soluzioni riguardanti l'automazione dei processi e l'intelligenza artificiale.
- Commercializzazione: vendita e distribuzione dei prodotti software sviluppati, includendo attività di marketing e supporto post-vendita.
- Consulenza: fornitura di servizi di consulenza specializzata in data analysis, automazione e intelligenza artificiale.
- Formazione: organizzazione ed erogazione di corsi di formazione relativi all'uso e alla gestione delle tecnologie sviluppate.
La società potrà inoltre partecipare ad altre società o imprese con oggetti simili o connessi al proprio, al fine di facilitare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi sociali.
